Baltrel Seminar in Riga, October 12, 2006

A Baltrel Seminar was held in adjacent to the Baltrel Committee Meeting in Riga. The focus of the Seminar was Merging Markets, Security of Supply in the Baltic Sea Region and Emission Trading.
The Seminar was concentrating on presenting and discussing the work, results and recommendations of two Baltrel Task Forces.
