Committee meeting

The BALTREL Autumn Committee Meeting was held in Oslo on 29 October 2003. The meeting was hosted by EBL under the supervision of Mr. Knut Herstad, Special Advisor. The Chairman of the meeting was Mr Tapio Kuula, Chairman of BALTREL.
